Practicing out of every court in Georgia, James Sadd holds a Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University 1987. He has been part of 37 cases involved in the 1996 Centennial Olympic Park bombing as well as representing numerous families who have been mistreated by insurance practices, catastrophic injury, wrongful death and punitive damages. He has appeared as a guest and quoted by several national media sources such as NBC’s Today Show, CNN World News, The New York Times, and The National Law Journal.

Scott Slappey has a B.S. from Georgia Southwestern College, 1983, and a Law Degree from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University, 1986. His main focus has been serving injured workers in the area of Worker’s Compensation and insurance. Being a member of the Rules Committee for the Chairman’s advisory Council of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation he is also on the Executive Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Claimants Lawyers Association and serves on various other committees for the Georgia State Bar. He is also extremely concerned for the environment and serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Conservation Voters. Both Scott and James are frequent speakers for the continuing education of fellow attorneys and have been law partners since the creation of their firm in 1992.
