Joe was born and raised in southern Maryland. In addition to his assisting hundreds of clients injured by the negligence of others, he has served as a Court appointed mediation facilitator in accident cases for fifteen years.
Ken served as JAG officer in the U.S. Navy. Upon his leaving the Navy, he has practiced law in southern Maryland and has litigated hundreds of cases in the Circuit Courts.
Carroll Drake and John Dziedzic round out the Personal Injury section of the law office. Carroll is a retired naval officer who has been practicing law in southern Maryland for the last six years. John worked as a law clerk for the firm prior to his admission to the bar and has been an attorney for two years.
Mary Spencer and Lisa Miller are the two paralegals that support the personal injury attorneys. Although they are not allowed to answer legal questions, either of them are on top of their respective cases and can answer administrative questions concerning the progress of your case.
