Mr. Efron has proficient achievements that have led him towards the businessman he is today.  Being born in Havana, Cuba he would eventually move to the United States and receive a BA from the University of Miami in 1973. In 1975 with graduate law work from the University of Miami Law he would graduate from the Interamerican University Law School with his Juris Doctor. Soon after he would create The David Efron Law Firm in 1979 and a career of success would await him.

David Efron is valued for his achievements both politically and socially.  For the past twenty years he has won landmark cases. 

1982- Won the first of several cases in the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico on a trademark infringement case, reversing the Superior Court of San Juan.
1991- Brought record verdicts in two different areas of expertise- medical malpractice and eminent domain.
1996- Mr. Efron appeared at a televised Senate hearing to successfully oppose the passing of law for malpractice reform that could have severely affected the rights of those victims in Puerto Rice.
1997- Together Mr. Efron and his legal team tried a brain damage case in the State Courts of Puerto Rico. This case became the highest award in history of the island courts winning $4.8 million dollars.

David Efron is also represented throughout the media from Puerto Rico to the United States. Of his most notable he has been interviewed on such networks as NBC and Court TV, reviewed by such newspapers as USA today and credited by the Associated Press.

Mr. Efron serves on the American Association for Justice, member of the American Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association.  He is also part of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, District of Columbia and State of New York Bar.
