Suit Filed for Fatal Car Crash

A suit was recently filed for the death of a teacher, her 10-year-old daughter and her unborn child.

The suit was filed by the family of the victims shortly after the crash occurred.

Car Accident Takes Lives

Jennifer Bukosky was reportedly stopped at a traffic signal when her car was struck by a sports utility vehicle driven by Mark Benson.

Bukosky, 39, who was pregnant at the time of the accident, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident and her daughter, Courtney Bella, died later from her injuries.

Family Files Lawsuit

The family of the victims filed a suit against Mark Benson, 55, the driver of the SUV and a former physician.

According to the suit, Benson was under the influence when he crashed into Bukosky.

The suit claims that Benson was negligent because he was operating under the influence and speeding.

The lawsuit is seeking an unspecified amount of money for the wrongful deaths of their family members.
